Hi, I’m Sue Wright — author of How To Get Your Shit Together. These short, punchy episodes cut through the fluff to give you real talk, practical tools, and no-BS coaching. I’ve faced serious life storms and made it out stronger — now I help you build the mental grit to do the same. Raw, honest, and a little bit sweary (because sometimes nothing else hits quite the same). www.coachsue.co.uk

Navigating A Shit Storm: What I Have Been Doing
Wednesday Nov 03, 2021
Wednesday Nov 03, 2021
The last few months have been horrible. Six weeks on from losing both of my horses — my soulmates, my compass — I’m still deep in the grieving process. This episode is raw and real. It’s me, vulnerable, processing the storm that’s blown my plans and purpose to the four corners of the universe.
I share what grief has looked like for me: the panic attacks, the overwhelming lethargy, the loss of direction. I talk about trying to suppress it, and how that never works. About feeling untethered, and making one bold move — buying a big motorhome — as a way to explore, breathe, and not sink further.
This is about not hiding from emotion. It’s about feeling it, moving through it, and being okay with not having the answers yet.
Thank you for still being here.
🌍 I work with clients (everyday folk, just like you!) worldwide via Zoom, and all my trainings are available online — either as self-study or as part of a coaching package. So wherever you are, if you’re ready to do the work, I’m ready to support you.
