Pfft, someone should have told Leonardo da Vinci that huh? Polymath. That is the word of the day for me; it is how da Vinci is described in Wikipedia.
We need to stop limiting ourselves, and others, by trying to fit under one label. Be brave, be bold, be everything you flipping well want to be!

Last week I was getting in my own way, spectacularly so. I had been creating for all the wrong reasons, and that is why this week I am having to redo all the stuff I did last week because it was as if someone else had written it.
We get in our way out of panic, urgency, having too much to do and not knowing where to start. Chill for a little while, even a minute can bring you clarity.

I do like a siesta; I tend to have one most days. But I do them with a purpose (honestly!) and that is to clear my mind to help me better achieve the things I need to.
Often, like today, I also use them to let my subconscious mind come up with the answer that me 'far too clever for its own good' conscious mind can't figure out. So it isn't a nap, it is a team meeting with your inner team.

When we feel (mentally) uncomfortable it can derail us if we don't acknowledge and explore it. Those uncomfortable feelings are often there BECAUSE we are about to make some positive changes, maybe working on something which is personally important to us as an individual, so there's a subconcious drive to go into protective mode. Start to pay attention to when and how that uncomfortable feeling manifests itself.
