Maybe you’ve heard of Mindfulness but don’t fancy sitting cross-legged for half an hour keeping your mind totally empty – good! That to me isn’t Mindfulness. I practice Mindfulness many times during the day, I am doing it right now as I type this…to me it is being 100% involved in the moment, in the task you are doing, even if that task is doing nothing.
As you can see, I was recording and doing my Mindfulness practice in my second ‘office’ in the field, sitting on the grass in the sunshine. You too can do it anywhere, no need to be able to get those legs crossed either!
