If you were to type Thought, Belief, Action into a search engine, you'd probably come across topics like Emotional Intelligence, CBT, or even a quote from Gandhi. And for good reason — these three little words are at the heart of how we operate as humans.
In this episode, I unpack the powerful link between your thoughts, your beliefs, and your actions — and how they influence each other in ways you might not even realise.
We start with beliefs — those quiet assumptions you’ve filed away over the years, often during childhood. Maybe you believe you’re “bad with money” or “not good enough.” But is that actually true? Or is it just an outdated belief that’s been running the show for far too long?
Because here’s the thing: beliefs shape your thoughts, and those thoughts influence your actions — or in some cases, your inaction. If you believe you’re going to fail, you’ll likely talk yourself out of even trying.
