There's more to health than just the physical: as am sure you know mental health is important too but there's also our energetic health. But the three are interconnected, a wobble in one can impact the others.
Being aware of, accepting and working with any blips in your triad will go a long way to feeling good. And when you're feeling good, you can work on getting your shit together that bit better.
