You know that drawer in the kitchen—the one full of random batteries, takeaway menus, string, and mystery keys? Our minds can be just like that: cluttered with beliefs, memories, and unhelpful thoughts that we’ve shoved out of sight but never dealt with. These mental scraps can seriously slow us down or keep us stuck.
In this episode, I talk about how we store thoughts that might have been useful once but now just take up space—like outdated beliefs about what we “can’t do,” or assumptions we’ve never challenged. I share how to assess the truth of those beliefs, score them, and explore other possibilities.
