This one’s your gentle reminder that you’re not a robot. You only have so much energy — and let’s be honest, only so much inclination — in a day.
We try to wear all the hats: perfect partner, ideal parent, model employee, brilliant business owner... and it’s exhausting. You don’t get a medal for burning yourself out. No gold stars, no applause. Just stress, fatigue, and frustration.
This episode is about giving yourself permission to be human. To ease off the pressure. To stop doing too much, and to chill a bit — because looking after you isn’t optional. It’s essential.
