I talk about how I personally use visualisation as a tool to motivate myself, to refocus when I’m feeling lost, and to remind myself of the why behind my goals. I explain how your energy and mood can spiral either way — so when everything feels heavy, these tools help pull you back toward what lights you up.
We also dig into mental rehearsal — not just for athletes or execs — and vision boards (which aren’t magic portals but are amazing prompts to keep your eye on the prize). Plus, I share why your vision board is allowed to evolve — because dreams do too.
