As well as all the animal related worries over the last little while, I have also had some news which could mean big changes are afoot. And because I was feeling wobbly due to the animal worries, I let it concern me. So, I have to get back the root of the reasons for wanting change and accept that being anxious about change is a likelihood and is totally normal.
