We all have key strengths, mine are: Strategic, Empathetic, Learner, Achiever, Futuristic
If we involve those strengths in our plans and schemes, we are more likely to achieve our goals. However, there are times when we also have to suck it up and do things we don’t excel at, or the more sensible option, ask for help from those who have the skill set we don’t.
What are your strengths? Do you employ them every day? Or do you focus more on trying to improve the things you are not so hot at?
