Make Your Strengths Do the Hard Work — So It Doesn’t Feel So Bloody Hard
Wednesday Jun 30, 2021

🎯 Let’s stop making life harder than it needs to be, yeah?
In this episode, we flip the usual narrative. Instead of battling your weaknesses or forcing yourself to be someone you’re not, I’ll show you how to lean into the strengths you already have — the ones that energise you and actually work for you.
For me, I’m strategic. I love to learn. So I use that to build my business, figure out tech, and make decisions. When you work with your strengths instead of against them, things don’t feel quite so uphill.
We talk about:
✔️ Getting your ideas and goals out of your head and onto paper
✔️ Spotting the gaps — and where your strengths can fill them
✔️ Knowing when to ask for help (yes, even you)
✔️ Breaking free from the two big fears: not being enough and not having enough
💭 Whether it’s your job, your goals, or that big scary dream you’ve been sitting on — your strengths can be the launchpad, not the roadblock.
