Hi, I’m Sue Wright — author of How To Get Your Shit Together. These short, punchy episodes cut through the fluff to give you real talk, practical tools, and no-BS coaching. I’ve faced serious life storms and made it out stronger — now I help you build the mental grit to do the same. Raw, honest, and a little bit sweary (because sometimes nothing else hits quite the same). www.coachsue.co.uk

Getting Your 'Here & Now' Shit Together

This episode is a hands-on exercise straight from my book and courses. You can’t move forward until you know where you’re starting from—so this tool helps you figure out where your energy is currently going and where it needs to go.
I talk through the method I use to check in with my life categories—like family, friends, work, home, animals, and self—rating each one out of ten. The real game-changer? Noticing which ones are low, and also listening to your gut about which ones feel like they need attention. Sometimes the lowest-scoring area isn’t the one that needs work first—your intuition will guide you.
It’s a practical, powerful way to gain clarity and recalibrate your focus—especially when things feel a bit chaotic. Because let’s be honest—you can’t get your shit together until you know where your shit is.
This exercise is part of my book and my self-study course library—check them out on the website if you want easy, structured ways to get back on track without the faff.
