When we feel (mentally) uncomfortable it can derail us if we don't acknowledge and explore it. Those uncomfortable feelings are often there BECAUSE we are about to make some positive changes, maybe working on something which is personally important to us as an individual, so there's a subconcious drive to go into protective mode. Start to pay attention to when and how that uncomfortable feeling manifests itself.
