When you’re working towards a goal, it’s so easy to get tunnel vision. You pour your energy into one thing, stay laser-focused… and then suddenly look up to find chaos around you. Other tasks have piled up, your energy is drained, and you’re left wondering where the balance went.
In this episode, I talk about the fine line between healthy ambition and burnout. Yes, it’s important to keep your eye on the prize — but not at the expense of everything (and everyone) else in your life. It’s about walking the path towards your goals while still keeping one foot firmly planted in the here and now.
