This one’s a bit of a personal week-in-review — a peek behind the curtain at some of the chaos and curveballs life has thrown my way lately. But more than that, it’s a gentle reminder that whatever you’re worrying about right now, it’s valid.

Yes, some people might be facing huge, life-changing challenges — like my friend whose ranch in Canada was under threat from wildfires. But that doesn’t mean your smaller, day-to-day worries don’t count. A worry is a worry is a worry.
You don’t need to rank your struggles or justify your stress. What you do need is to acknowledge your feelings and take action where you can.
This episode is for anyone who’s had a week, who’s feeling a bit overwhelmed, or who needs permission to stop minimising their emotions. I’ve got you.
Key message: Your feelings are valid — and your job is to work with them, not fight them.
